Getting Help - Teachers

The principal and campus account manager selected by the principal provide direct assistance to teachers using MyData Portal. They will handle your questions about your account, finding specific data, and data confidentiality.

If the campus account manager cannot resolve the issue, he or she will contact the Office of Institutional Research (OIR) directly. Please, do not contact the OIR directly as it is more effective to have one person per campus contact us with requests for assistance than it is to provide one-on-one assistance to each teacher districtwide. We do not have the staff to manage the potential demand.
