OSPA Manuals explain the year-specific criteria for the "Outstanding School Performance Awards" program that was last administered in 2007-08. They also explain the methodology used in the computations of the indices, including the outcome variables used for each school level; the selection of student cohorts and school comparison groups; and the equation and outcome weights employed. The content, especially as it relates to the computational methods for SEIs, changes little from year to year, but details such as dates, AEIS requirements, and outcome weights may differ.
